Market price type

By default, TradersPost paper broker will use the Midpoint to fill market orders and limit orders when the signal does not contain a price. Choose a different market price type if you would like to. For example, you can choose Bid/Ask which may give you a more realistic paper trading experience.

You have the following options:

• Bid/Ask - Use the ask price for buys and the bid price for sells
• Bid - Use the bid price for all orders
• Ask - Use the ask price for all orders
• Last - Use the last price for all orders
• Midpoint - Use the midpoint of the bid and ask prices for all orders
