- How does strategy distribution work?
- You build a strategy and share it as a cloneable template. Users clone the strategy into their own TradersPost account, connect their own brokers, set up their own signal sources (TradingView, TrendSpider, etc.), and generate their own signals with their own market data. Each user runs the strategy independently.
- Do users receive my signals directly?
- No. A cloned strategy is a template. Users set up the strategy in their own account and generate their own signals from their own platform and market data. They do not receive signals from your account.
- Do I need to manage my users' accounts or funds?
- No. Each user clones the strategy into their own account, connects their own brokers, and runs it independently. You never touch user funds or accounts. TradersPost handles the execution infrastructure.
- What plan do I need to distribute strategies?
- Strategy sharing is available on the Pro ($199/mo) and Premium ($299/mo) plans. Users need their own TradersPost account and plan to clone and run your strategy.
- What signal sources can I use to generate signals?
- You can generate signals from TradingView (Pine Script strategies and indicators), TrendSpider, or any custom code that sends HTTP POST requests with JSON. TradersPost also provides a Pine Script WebhookMessage Library to simplify building compatible strategies.
