- What signal sources can I use to automate trades?
- TradersPost accepts signals from TradingView alerts, TrendSpider alerts, and custom code via HTTP webhooks. Any system that can send an HTTP POST request with a JSON payload can trigger trades.
- Which brokers and asset classes are supported?
- TradersPost supports stocks, options (directional calls and puts), futures, crypto spot, and prop firm futures. Brokers include TradeStation, Alpaca, Tradier, Robinhood, E*TRADE, tastytrade, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Coinbase, and more. See the Connections page for the full list.
- Can I run the same strategy across multiple broker accounts?
- Yes. Create one strategy with a single webhook URL, then add a subscription for each broker account. Every signal is executed simultaneously across all subscriptions with independent position sizing per account.
- What risk management options are available?
- Each subscription can attach stop-loss (market or limit), take-profit, and trailing stop orders to every entry. You can define exit values as fixed amounts, percentages, or absolute prices. Orders are placed at your broker so they persist even when you are offline.
- Can I test my strategy before trading live?
- Yes. TradersPost offers built-in paper trading and also works with paper trading environments from brokers like TradeStation, Alpaca, Tradier, Tradovate, Interactive Brokers, and Bybit.
