Cannot enter a new {{ ticker }} position. Your strategy subscription settings did not produce an entry order.This message indicates that no entry order was calcuated when planning the trade. Currently, this only occurs when trading options and you are using the option chain scanning functionality to find a contract to trade. If no suitable contract is found, then no entry order will be calculated.
This can happen if the option chain does not have any contracts that meet the criteria you specified. In this case, you should review your option chain scanning criteria and adjust them as needed to find a suitable contract to trade.
For example, say you are scanning the option chain and you want to find a call that is 4 strikes away from at the money, but there are only 4 strikes available (2 in the money and 2 out of the money) in the option chain. In this case, no suitable contract will be found and no entry order will be calculated.
