No Open Orders

This message indicates that there were no open orders for the specific ticker that need to be canceled. When you send a trade signal to TradersPost, open orders for the ticker will be canceled in the following scenarios:

• action=cancel or "cancel": true is sent in the webhook/signal JSON for that signal
• there is no open position for the ticker
• there is an open position for the ticker but the position is on the opposite side of the signal

If cancelOrderType is set, this message means that no open orders of that type were found.

Automatic pre-order canceling is off by default. You can enable it with Cancel existing open orders before placing new orders in the Open Orders section of your subscription settings, or on a per-signal basis by sending "cancel": true or "action": "cancel" in the webhook/signal JSON. We recommend enabling it when your strategy sends exit signals and you use take profit or stop loss with your entry order (so the broker does not reject the exit until those orders are canceled). If you only send entries and rely on the broker's TP/SL to close the position, you do not need it.
