Allow any ticker

Sometimes you may want to allow any ticker to pass through your webhook instead of providing an explicit list of tickers to allow. This is useful if you want to be able to create alerts for different tickers in your strategy code without having to adjust any settings on the TradersPost side.

The downside to this approach is that it will allow any ticker to pass through your webhook, so you will need to be careful with your webhook logic to ensure that you are only trading the tickers you want to trade. If you send the wrong ticker to your webhook accidentally, it will be allowed through unrestricted.
