About

Tom Hartman is a Marketing Manager at TradersPost, where he focuses on product storytelling, content, and helping traders understand how to plug automated execution into their own style of trading. He has spent the last four years building tools and strategies for retail traders and commercial services around them, following a decade in leadership roles as head of operations for a Canadian marketing company and as lead developer at a web development agency.

As a trader with more than seven years of experience across multiple asset classes, Tom works at the overlap of builders and users, helping translate macro themes, AI, and automation into workflows that regular traders can actually run. He is particularly interested in how technology lets people participate in markets more systematically without needing to be full time professionals.

Outside of markets and product work, Tom spent four years as a stand up comedian, performing for thousands of people and producing live shows.
