Mike Christensen

Mike Christensen is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at TradersPost, and is a self taught systems builder and quantitative trader. He has a background in building data driven software products, automation systems, and growth platforms across fintech, analytics, and SaaS, and holds a CFOA designation as a Certified Futures and Options Analyst. Over the years he has designed and deployed dozens of automated trading strategies in stocks, crypto, and futures, and built full stack trading applications with real time charting and alerts.

At TradersPost, Mike works at the overlap of trader, builder, and systems designer. He actively trades futures while working hands on with automated execution, broker integrations, market data workflows, and risk controls that real retail traders rely on every day. He is especially excited about the convergence of automation, AI assisted strategy design, and broker level execution, and about turning discretionary ideas into repeatable systems so traders can operate with more consistency and less friction.

Outside of markets and engineering, Mike was a musician before working in tech and finance, signed to a label in high school and touring for three years. He is into fitness, loves metal and mathcore, and is a relentless student of personal development with a deep library of self help books.
