Allow signal entry cancel after

If you check Allow signal override next to Cancel open entry order after delay, then cancelAfter in the webhook (when present) is used as the entry cancel delay for that signal. If the key is omitted, the configured Cancel open entry order after delay saved on the subscription is used.

Checking the global Allow signal overrides automatically checks every per-field Allow signal override checkbox (including the one for Cancel open entry order after delay), so cancelAfter is honored for entry planning.
