Allow signal entry cancel after

If you check Allow signal override next to Cancel open entry order after delay, then cancelAfter in the webhook (when present) is used as the entry cancel delay for that signal. If the key is omitted, the configured Cancel open entry order after delay saved on the subscription is used.

If Allow signal overrides is enabled, cancelAfter is also honored for entry planning even when Allow signal override for Cancel open entry order after delay is unchecked.
