Allowed IP addresses

Use this setting to control which IP addresses are allowed to send webhook requests to your strategy. This helps protect your strategy from unauthorized access.

Options

• Any IP addresses - Allow webhook requests from any source. This is the default setting and provides the least restriction.
• TradingView - Restrict webhook requests to only those coming from TradingView servers. Use this option if your signals are exclusively sent from TradingView.
• TrendSpider - Restrict webhook requests to only those coming from TrendSpider servers. Use this option if your signals are exclusively sent from TrendSpider.
• Selected IP addresses - Enter a comma-separated list of IP addresses that are allowed to send webhook requests. For example: 203.0.113.5, 198.51.100.23

Note: When you restrict the webhook to only allow requests from certain IP addresses, you won't be able to use the Submit Signal feature in TradersPost to send signals to this webhook.

Behavior Notes

• If you select Any IP addresses, all requests will be accepted.
• If you choose any of the restricted options (TradingView, TrendSpider, or Selected IP addresses), TradersPost will block requests from any other source.
• Use these settings to enhance the security of your webhooks by ensuring only trusted sources can trigger trade signals.
