Open {{ ticker }} orders were left in place because no exit or entry order was planned for this signal.
This message indicates that TradersPost left the open orders for the ticker in place instead of canceling them, because the signal did not result in an exit or entry order while a position for the ticker was open.
When pre-order canceling applies to a signal, TradersPost cancels the open orders for the ticker before it sends the exit or entry order to the broker. Because this signal did not send an exit or entry order, canceling would only have removed orders, such as a take profit or stop loss, that may still be protecting the open position, so they are kept. The other messages for this signal explain why no exit or entry order was planned, for example when Ignore exit signals is enabled or Sides isolated prevents the exit.
The open orders are still canceled as usual when:
action=cancel or "cancel": true is sent in the webhook/signal JSON for that signalTo remove the orders anyway, send a signal with action=cancel or "cancel": true, or cancel them with your broker.
