Invalid Ticker Characters

This message indicates that the ticker contains a character a symbol cannot have. A ticker may only contain letters, numbers, spaces and the characters . - / _ ! * ^. Markup and punctuation such as < > " ' & ; : = @ $ % are refused, whatever the asset class.
